About the dives…

Diving conditions on this island are unbeatable: visibility of 30 to 40 meters, water temperature ranging from 18 ºC in winter to 24 ºC in summer.The marine wildlife we can observe is characteristic of subtropical latitude, abundant and varied, even occasionally we can see large pelagics such as mata rays, whales and sharks.

All kinds of dives could be done in El Hierro, from those very shallow and relaxed to those who require to be a skilled diver due to strong currents and / or depth.

We schedulle dive trips every day: two in the morning at 9:30 h and 11:30 h. These two are guaranteed and is not required a minimum number of people to dive. Anyway we can manage the times and the number of dives depending on the needs of divers. We also organize afternoon and night dives under request.

Most of the dive sites are just a few minutes away from La Restinga harbour. In the calm sea good weather is guaranteed mostly every day of the year and there are no winds and currents. In addition, it’s only allowed one dive boat by buoy that guaranteed an almost exclusively dive.

We also dive on the east coast of the island where there are either spectacular dive sites. ?Occasionally we organize trips to other parts of the island such as La Caleta, Roques de Salmor, Roque Bonanza or Baja Anacón.
